Pros

Hiring process quick. Training was quite extensive, great for learning medical vocabularies in a short period of time.

Cons

I quit after training. I think the workload is too much compared to how much you get paid.

Too little breaks in between.

We provide these services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year and schedule our interpreters within the labor law for breaks/lunches to meet the demand.
