Able to somewhat chose your hours of work

Cons

Once hours are chosen interpreter isn't able to 'request' a change of schedule for at least a year. It is practically impossible to speak to a human person in the company, everything is done through SR's (service requests) and expectations are much higher than compensation for work. Eventhough company has a 'water cooler' chat space for employees they delete posts that feel are derogatory to the company.
