Pros

Work from home; but must be in a very quiet environment.

Cons

I have been with this company for almost five years. So far, I have not been able to talk to an HR or any representative from the company except for the IT. The pay is unsatisfactory, training is unpaid, holidays are tricky and unclear either forced day-off or forced to work with non-holiday pay, no chance for advancement with the company, and retaliation seems to be their favorite game when any unwanted questions or subject is raised. Comapany uses unclear codes system that can be manipulated as the management desires. Vacations are very hard to be approved, especially for hourly interpreters. Vacations are usually unpaid unless you fight them for it and have to refer them to the contract. They don't educate their client's how to use Interpreter services which leaves their clients disappointed and the interpreter has to handle the frustration of such situation from both the customer and the client. There is a huge gap between the joints of the company. I don't know who should I report to or who is my manager and I have been working for this company for more than 4 years. HR hardly responds to requests or email. You have no rights unless you can prove the opposite.
