Pros

Work from home. They give you extensive training and lots of documents you can refer to when/if needed. Lots of options for schedule. I basically picked the time I wanted to work.

Cons

A cons that is also a pro is the documents they always refer you to if you need an answer for something. There is no interpersonal relationships in this company apparently. If you need help either refer to a document or send a support request.
