convenience is good working in the home, lots of trainings at company cost

Cons

pay is low and employee is not, taking a training would not make difference on paycheck

Pros

This place will give you training and help you develop skills as an interpreter. It’s great for an entry level interpreter position.

Cons

This company could do a LOT better at taking care of its interpreters. As an interpreter here, you will never get a raise and you will never have paid time off.
