      Good workplace Provided everything needed Flexible schedule to an extent Opportunity to be an MSI or VRI pretty quickly

      Cons

      Calls are nonstop Little time to eat or the breaks were reduced Medical calls take a toll on your mental health after a while

      Working my dream job

      Pros

      Good company. Very diverse. I chose LanguageLine over other companies (specifically in tech) because of the people and flexibility. Management has always been supportive of my career goals and understanding of life matters. They paid for a portion of my certifications and courses when I was in school so I’m thankful for that. Overall I have a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      The buildings are pretty outdated so could use some renovations. There wasn’t a lot of space pre-COVID so might be worse when everyone goes back and has to share the common areas.

      Pros

      I like the team and open culture. Constant supply of work which keeps you occupied. You get to learn about different industries you work with as well.

      Cons

      High volume work-load which can be good or bad depending on the person. Can be stressful at times but really depends on the time of the year as well. Tasks can get monotonous depending on the role you have.
