Pros

Easy to train, pick up and work.

Cons

Dealing with other companies who have not been trained well-enough and getting stray calls. "This is the wrong number" x 100.

Pros

The Pros of working at LanguageLine Solutions: Feeling of accomplishment and importance in the work I do. Feeling like my Management cares about me. Overall welcoming and great environment to work in.

Cons

Off the top of my head I cannot name any cons about working for Languageline Solutions. If I had to critique anything is more paid days off would be wonderful.

Learned a lot!

Pros

Really learn to Interpret, as well as learn about how insurance works, how banks work, how 911 calls go, how pharmacies work, and you help a lot of people that would be very lost without you. You improve your quick processing and listening skills.

Cons

At your computer for long hours. Not great pay for hard very mindful (as opposed to mindless) work.
