and make more money then working as a highly skilled Bi-Lingual interpreter with knowledge of multiple industries Medical, Court, Ins, Gov, C/ Cards, Bank, Fin Etc........... The privilege of helping others to communicate,

We wonder if our executives know what it means to be an Interpreter, and if so why they under evaluate their services.????

The same pay rate for over 10 years!

Pros

Flexibility of working from home, 3 paid holidays, paid sick days (but using which impacts attendance), 402 k plan. Ability to work and see family.

Cons

I have been working full tile with LanguageLine for over 10 years and never had a raise despite of receiving praises from their customers snd commendation letters. Complete lack of communication between interpreters and management /co-workers.
