      Good for short-term income. No communication with team

      Stable source of income, remote

      Cons

      No communication from management/supervisor, I worked as a remote interpreter for 2 years and I didn't even know who my supervisor is. No good medical benefits. NO paid sick-leave or vacation time. No sense that you are part of a team, It was a very robotic work experience. I got covid and was unable to work for 2 weeks and nobody from the company even contacted me to checkup or inquire my health, after my sick time was over, it was business as usual.

      Only pro is you work from home

      Too many to list ! Mainly they have no consideration towards employees. They pay you minimum wages with no raises ever. They overwork you and as years pass give you more obligation duties without proper compensation. I've been working here for 8 years . If you want to express your concerns on Chatter , which is a employee portal to ask questions or advice , help. If you post anything that they don't want other employees to know about they erase your post or ban you from Chatter portal. Company is money driven at employees expense!

      there are no pros in working for this company

      - lack of respect towards workers - poor organisational skills, bad management - poor training provided compared to a very difficult job - no help provided during first weeks of actual job, people giving feedback on calls are rather unpleasant and give no practical tips
