      Pros

      Better pay than other jobs, especially with Over Time hours. Avoid traffic by working from home. You learn a lot in medical calls.

      Cons

      There are no growth opportunities at all. Management is not qualified. The employer in Mexico reports the minimum wages and pays the rest of the money as an extra compensation (so they don't have to match contributions to our retirement funds).

      Pros

      You work from home, so there's no commuting. You can chose to work part-time or full-time and you have a fixed schedule. You get two days off. There's usually overtime available.

      Cons

      Low base salary. Fluctuating call volumes during the year affect your pay. Communication within the company is almost non-existent. If you're having technical issues or any other issue for that matter it's really hard to get help. You are no raises.

      Pros

      Work from home, nice people in all departments, you can take time-off if you need it. Overall a good company to work for.

      Cons

      Low pay, stressful, changes in schedule take a loooong time, training does not really train you to deal with "the real world". If you are an anxious person, stay away. At the beginning they may lie about the pay.
