Pros

Get to help people and work at home No previous experience or degree needed

Cons

low salary You are seen as a machine. For example, very strict bathroom breaks and breaks in general. You have to attend one call after another for 8 hours even if you feel bad or overwhelmed by some medical cases.

Flexible schedule but low pay

Pros

The schedule is pretty flexible.

Cons

Very busy, back to back calls. They never raise one cent of your hourly pay once you get hired. I've been working here for more than 6 years, no matter how many times you ask them to increase your hourly rate, they always reject you. Also, it's so hard to take a day off, even you have 200 plus pay vacation hours. Almost everyday on the calendar showed "0" hours available for taking time off. They just refuse to let you take a day off work when you escalated your request.
