It's unfortunate you’ve experienced challenges with our platform, management, and the payment process. This is not the experience we want for our interpreters. non-stop calls

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

working from home, manage own time slot

Cons

hard to get weekday, daytime schedule once initial schedule has been fixed. only can request schedule change once per year. non-stop calls. only 15 seconds of break time in between calls. Currently the management is reducing schedules assigned to interpreters. you'll get random unpaid time off due to reducing calls.

Pros

meaningful work grateful clients that's it

Cons

cutting hours, not stable, POOR communication from the company, updated the time off request system, making it super inconvenient, limited development opportunities, absurd guidelines that make work unnecessarily complicated quality assurance nitpicks at everything and looks for ways to fail you, not investing in employee retention, HORRIBLE payroll department. If you are missing a part of your paycheck, you will wait for their response for weeks, no direct management so if you need help it is super hard to get through to anyone competent enough to assisst you health insurance is the worst

Pros

The job is fully remote, which offers great flexibility. You can work from home and save time on commuting.

Cons

The pay could be better considering the skill level required. There’s little room for advancement, and the workload can be unpredictable.

Pros

At least theyhey pay on time

Cons

Spanish Interpreters are often poorly treated. Working here is awful and miserable. The way some representatives speak to them is UNACCEPTABLE. Most health care insurance representatives lack the training to work with interpreters effectively. Furthermore, clients you have to interpret for are very difficult and constantly interrupt the interpreter. Honestly, I did this out of necessity for a job because this company are exploitative.
