Pros

You work from home. Company is open to whatever schedule you want to work as long as it meets the needs of the company. You gain experience in different fields like car insurance, pharmacy, banks, health insurance, utility companies etc.

Cons

Calls are nonstop, you get 14 seconds in between calls, calls are answered automatically so if you need to report a call you have to do it within those 14 second. There are no raises when they tried giving us a raise they tried to do so in a form of a bonus. When we all raised our concern they took back those tiers and just gave everyone $1 across the board. Company wants you to work additional hours, but your check comes short. When you report the shortage you have to do payroll department job and send proof of hours worked and what you actually got paid. You have no one to reach out to in the moment if something comes up with a call. You literally have to submit a report request for everything! Benefits are terrible and it’s only for full time employees. You have to clock out to use the restroom or drink water.

OK, but not great

Pros

flexible in some ways. although extremely difficult to use UTO, there's a choice of being unexcused absent.

Cons

They never evaluate pay. So basically no matter how long or how well work there, there's really no effect. They give you a useless digital badge though. Same or even less pay for people who has worked here forever vs new hires. No benefits at all except 401k and the minimal mandated by law sick days. You get an extremely useless, minimal and bare medical benefit if full time, Only allow schedule change once a year. and it's not easy to get approved.

Pros

they don't have any thing nice worth saying after almost 3 years of abuse. I just hope glassdoor doesn't erase this to help them. anyone looking for a job in this company living outside of the United States be warned.

Cons

- awful poverty salary, less than 500 dollars a month for 8 hours of the most stressful, abusive, demanding job ever. - they love to outsource people in other countries with bad economies, they do this through the use of other third party companies to avoid back slash when they fire people because they wear them out and cause physical and mental harm from how abusive they are with their employees. - they don't pay any form of bonus/over time, If one of their also clients makes you stay longer than your shift, then it's too bad. - most of their are clients are extremely rude to the LLS employees, - they keep chaning your schedule around without any previous notice and cero concern on how this might after and impact employees personal time, life, and other responsibilities. - They have "supervisors" monitoring employees on calls all day, These supervisors seem to have an attitude more in line with that of an overseer than an actual supervisor. - Cero empathy and respect for the employees: personal time, physical and mental health. - every year during the months of may and june, when there aren't back to back calls, they start firing employees to save money. "Why pay for 3 employees when 1 can do the job of 3 for the same salary." - No opportunity for growth with in the company for any other position aside from being an overworked and underpaid interpreter.

LLS uses a strict standard of call handling protocol that has been refined over the past 42 years and has been validated by numerous outside agencies, including “Great Place to Work.” Our partners have the same commitment. We take particular objection to the assertions. Unfortunately, it was not a good fit for you. We wish you well in your future endeavors.
