At least theyhey pay on time

Cons

Spanish Interpreters are often poorly treated. Working here is awful and miserable. The way some representatives speak to them is UNACCEPTABLE. Most health care insurance representatives lack the training to work with interpreters effectively. Furthermore, clients you have to interpret for are very difficult and constantly interrupt the interpreter. Honestly, I did this out of necessity for a job because this company are exploitative.

Terrible company to work for

Pros

The remote opportunity and the training period were the good parts

Cons

Micromanagement is insane. The pay is not worth the amount of expertise and proficiency required. The hour isn't flexible. You are locked in with a schedule you set up. Did I mention how terrible the support system is? Whenever I request support, it takes me 2 or 3 days to receive a reply.

Pros

Working from home and nice initial training

Cons

They treat you as a slave - no time even for a bathroom break. The system would send me clients all the time, not giving me a minute to catch my breath, while my colleagues would send me the screenshots of their workload schedule, doing nothing for hours, and getting the same pay.
