Pros

Work remotely from home. The training program was very resourceful. Great pay, the help desk was very helpful. As a fulltime you are guaranteed 40 hours a week.

Cons

not very good medical benefits. PTO is quite annoying to request sometimes, if you take off for a while, you have to submit requesting for every single day separately. The schedule is not very good, you have to work on Pacific time doesn't matter what time zone you are in which is quite annoying sometimes.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're glad to hear you found the training program resourceful, appreciated the opportunity to work remotely, and felt supported by our Help Desk. We're especially proud to provide full-time hours and competitive pay. We acknowledge your feedback about medical benefits, PTO, and scheduling. While we know that aligning to Pacific Time can be a challenge depending on your location, it helps us ensure consistent service across the board. We’re happy to share that changes have been made to the PTO request process! You no longer need to submit a request for each individual day—requests can now be grouped together, making it quicker and easier to plan your time off. Best of luck in your future endeavors!

Pros

The company provides great training, allowing me to advance from L4 to L5, which is an asset to my linguistic career.

Cons

Since a third party hired me, my career path is unclear, resulting in the stagnation of my income throughout my contract. There is also a transparency issue with the structure of the payment made by the third party,

Your experience and well-being as an interpreter are important to us. We understand that fluctuating call volume and the wide variety of call types can feel overwhelming at times. Interpreter work can be fast-paced, and we strive to prepare our team as best as possible with resources and ongoing support. It's unfortunate you feel disconnected and unsure about your performance. We want to make sure you feel supported and informed in your role. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re pleased to hear you value the flexibility of working from home, our training opportunities, and the fairness in compensation. While remote work offers many benefits, we recognize it can sometimes feel isolating. That’s why we’ve developed internal engagement platforms like Chatter, along with programs and events designed to foster community, share interpreter stories, and provide opportunities for interaction beyond day-to-day assignments. Your feedback is important to us as we continue to grow and refine how we support and connect with our team. Thank you again for your dedication and contributions.
