      Pros

      They have very valuable products, but they do not care of the level of the support. No one's care of the employees needs.

      Cons

      The training provided to the employees is absolutely insufficient and is not good enough to support the customers. There are not enough Tier2 specialist to support anyone on the floor. You are alone with the customer's problem on the phone. The training provided to one's is not good enough so you even did not ever seen the product you are supposed to support on the phone.

      Pros

      Work from home. No commute. Not having to pay childcare. Nice managers. Flexible hours

      Cons

      Not being able to take an hour lunch, only 30 minutes. Getting time off can be tricky. Company software always has an issue, and they do not pay you for the many hours that you are down because of this and I find this unfair. No OT pay at all. No benefits bc they don't let you work 40 hours so they don't have to give them to you.

      Pros

      Good training program , however the schedule is set until you're on production. Even then there's certain schedules you have to choose from , but it gives you a little bit of freedom.

      Cons

      Constant calls , always have to follow the script given , and you cant deviate from it.
