Management and processes that and pointlessI have worked here and struggled with health etc but they act like they care but don’t show it and some manager speak to you like rubbish and blame things they have done wrong on you even when there is proof to show there isn’t. They also when you join say don’t listen to the review it’s just people who lost their job cause they did something but definitely don’t believe that. They definitely look at you as a number / money not a person. Other advisors have said the same and managers also feel the same about some of these things also not paid 9 times and kept promising it would never happen again but did and was 6 weeks with no pay.
