AGL good process ,more stable in term of job security

Cons

cab service and admin response is hopeless ,time spent at office plus travel time was not worth the pay to balance it with life

Pros

Good and friendly environment. Managers and DGMS are always open for the suggestions and solve your queries. Weekly games and days on the floor helps you get releived from the work pressure of entire week.

Cons

Sometimes the work pressure is more than expected and fruits for the same are none. You have to work OT without any extra pay. During promotions, capabilities are not reveiewed, either ways the things that matter is the relation of an individual with the manager
