A good starter job

Cons

Absolutely everything. The pay is minimal. The expectations where much too high. Leadership was a joke. Supervisors and managers basically had their own melrose place theme going on that they didn’t even try to hide from their employees. Mandatory overtime. No cost of living raises.

See comments above in my review. Also they threaten people with firing them, bullying them, or as some other people said in other reviews of this company, they expect you to put your family on the back burner, your health, children, or even your life -especially when dangerous weather conditions exist.

Firstsource being a client centric company is driven by an environment that protects the customer and client data and hence comes with a few restrictions.
