It’s a job but not worth it at all

Cons

They promise the world and deliver nothing they put things in place and change on a drop of a hat then it’s your fault for not knowing the lack of managers make it obvious you are a number and you are there to take calls nothing else it is the Auschwitz of jobs.

Pros

Plenty of development opportunities throughout my time in Firstsource, they also ensure you keep refreshed with lots of learning opportunities throughout the year. Employee benefits however did depend on which account you worked on. This however has dried up as the client base shrank.

Cons

As an outsourcing company. job security has always been at the back (and sometimes front) of your mind. If a client pulls out of the UK they will have to obviously shrink the workforce - from frontline to backoffice staff, regardless of performance, tenure etc. The success of the company lies in the hands of it's clients, and all too many times they've seen better value moving offshore in the post COVID years.
