Pros

Friendly co workers with many of connections with all types.

Cons

Benefits are horrible, chance to further your career is minimal, would only use this company to get experience of being in a call center environment.

Pros

customer service experience Depending on the contract, there is the ability to learn more about insurance coverage. Good place to start out with little to no former work experience

Cons

Most of the managers aren't focused on helping out their CSRs - there were only 1 or 2 supervisors that were genuinely helpful.

never seen a place throw it's own employees under bus as much as here, as mentioned if you aren't brown nosing managers they don't want to know what problems you have. long tedious shifts with hardly any reasonable breaks. horrible to travel to, if you don't drive expect to have an 8 hour working shift turn into almost 12 with travel too and back included due to public transport. boring, dead-end job despite how much they make it out like they've done you a huge favour by allowing you to be there ... no advice taken on board despite how many staff surveys they send around. full of self important managers who couldn't run bath
