      Pros

      Remote work and the lead ship was good.

      Cons

      Their was practically no real training that actually help you do you job. They stated that the would increase you pay by $0.50 for 3 months until the max amount of 23 dollars. When it was time to make the increase then suddenly stipulations were added that they never told you about before hiring you. They fired the entire team without any notice or warning and all on one phone call. There was no severance pay or any follow up pay outside of your pay check. They didn't care if you were with the company for 15 years, everyone was let go at once.

      I've been with Firstsource for over seven years, starting as an advisor with ambitious goals and dreams of excelling in my career. Throughout this journey, I've had the privilege of meeting incredible mentors and leaders who have shaped and guided me. Firstsource has provided me with an environment where learning and growth flourish. I am especially grateful for my Mentor, Nikki (SKY SUV) and Karishma (Telstra), along with many other leaders who have continuously motivated and supported me. Their guidance has been instrumental in shaping the professional I am today. Looking back, I truly appreciate the opportunities, mentorship, and experiences that have helped me evolve. Firstsource has been a place of growth, learning, and meaningful connections, and I am thankful for the support that has made my journey so rewarding.
