Pros

Pay and Working with a flexible schedule. Pay is competitive at 20.00 per hour and they were flexible when I was sick.

Cons

Workload and Communication-expecting everything but telling you nothing its seems like no one is on the same page.

Pros

Local to the valleys. Working from home available once goals are met.

Cons

You are not a person to them you are only a number on a spreadsheet. You can spend two years being one of the best agents and trying to take the contract to the next level and when you leave they won't even bother to get you a card and wish you the best in the future. I would say avoid this company unless you are severely desperate for a job. They will offer you progression in your career but they will not actually follow though with it.
