It is competitive salary for the amount of work being done, plenty of overtime available, plenty of development opportunities, they believe in internal development more than external, the people who work there ie. line managers and CSA staff are amazing people and enjoy a laugh

Cons

Ops Manager is a micromanager! And extremely hard to get holidays, very short training programme that doesn’t fully prepare you for the job role
