Pros

I absolutely loved that we weren’t micromanaged. I was able to work and feel free at the same time.

Cons

Low pay for all that the job entails. No room for growth.

Pros

Pay (for me, but I can't say the same for others)

Cons

Wayyyyyyy below market in pay in most roles. Company tells you to do things without giving any context or reasoning. Company is so concerned about attrition, pressuring teams to find ways to reduce, but the main reason people leave is because the pay does not match up to the job responsibilities. Company refuses to pay an acceptable salary and gives 2% or less raises each year (if you're lucky).

We ensure there is regular assessments and competitive salary adjustments to reflect the evolving responsibilities and skills of our workforce & we also review our salary structure to ensure that it aligns with market standards, adequately reflecting the skills and responsibilities of our employees.
