Pros
the majority of people who work there are a brill laugh and friendly.
Cons
dont get paid enough for the job we do. minimal/unrealistic incentives. not enough praise or any rewards for a doing a good job, but once you do something wrong, you're reprimanded straight away... no effort to build morale on the floor whatsoever. wages sometimes aren't right, been docked hours from my wages so many times i've lost count, and then i've had to scrounge until the next pay day when the rest of it comes back in. also, you only get somewhere in that place if you know someone or if your a relation to them (or in a relationship with them.....) the work/life balance is shocking also, spend most of my time in there and im not even full time ! !
