Pros
The good things in the company was the support received from the team leaders and few process managers.
Cons
There are few challenges working with the company, the major ones are the company does not care what are the challenges an employee undergo for the shift allotted after not supporting them in any ways. Like they will allot the last shift which starts at 9:30 in day light savings and that's a peak hour for all the software company and the traffic is huge.. Employee who are not supported with the cabs get stuck in traffic and no exception provided for the same.
