      Nothing springs to my mind

      Cons

      Over-worked, undervalued, impossible monthly deadlines, higher management lie to staff, appalling communication, you are not given the resources to complete the job and when it is not completed you are blamed. CEO and senior management only care about share price and profit margins, there is a big divide between third party colleagues. customers complain that they were sold a product that does not reflect the reality. brokers take priority over clients.

      They will make you work overtime with no notice They fire people when they tell them they are fine They play favorites They have a bell curve to make it impossible to bonus They make it so no one gets their sign on bonus’

      Good benefits and health insurance. Rewarding helping patients.

      Cons

      Supervisors and Upper management get PTO regular employees do not. Supervisors and Upper management like to send you extra reports and work to do while the relax working from home. Employees are punished for things that supervisors and Upper management get away with.
