It used to be a good place

Pros

Nice people working beside you. Paid PTO. Flexible hours. The only people not stressed out and worried are the newly hired and the few that post from India.

Cons

Total miscommunication within the company and even between departments.. Management turn over is insanely high with key members of the North American offices actually leaving to work with competitors. Supervisors/managers/team leads are usually found outside smoking. Offices closing, people and clients leaving. Poor training. Managers have their favorites, who they allow to break rules (play on cell phone instead of work. Surf the internet. Stand in the hallway and gossip). This place is truly toxic with an unhealthy atmosphere.

Pros

The vice president openly says anyone that wants to leave can! A great guy! Free water, who doesn't drink water every day? Break room has refrigerators, in two colors even! Constant turnover , so always fresh faces to remind you of that spark you once had!

Cons

Water often tastes funny for some reason. Ice machine filthy People constantly steal from break room Often hires unsavory and unskilled team members to fill client needs. Cleaning crew consistently changing Stress Outweighs monetary gain Barebone leadership communication structure Supervisors suffer from superiority complex Mold advisory in break room is scary. Commission based pay rate is lowered when you earn too much. Process too many claims? Expect a pay cut. Severely inadequate training (Most often, new hires give up and just sit for 8 hours or take long breaks ..for over half a year..) Pay rate fluctuates monthly. No vacation time. Openly talked down to by several mid level management. "Fortunate" , "Spoiled" among keywords during team meetings.
