We want to ensure that our colleagues know about our trained mental health first aiders at each site, who are always available for in-person or virtual conversations for those working from home. Additionally, we offer free counselling services through our healthcare benefits to provide further support for those who need it. We will continue to improve our communication around these resources and work to create a supportive environment for all our team members.
