However, we're concerned about your comments regarding holidays, manager behaviour, and pay. Our goal is to provide a positive work environment and fair compensation for all our colleagues. A couple of months ago they changed their administration in Mexico City from Mexican to India and as soon as that happened they started reducing bonuses, getting excuses for not paying them and reducing costs in all possible ways making it from one of the best jobs I've had in the beginning, to even the worst coffee I've ever tasted, late paychecks, etc.
