There are No pros at all

Cons

Grossly underpaid. Cannot keep employees therefore we were always understaffed and back to back. More than 50% of my training class was gone before our 60 day mark..The benefits are beyond awful. HR is practically useless. She sits in her office all day and when you actually need help, she was ZERO help. Micromanagers that sit and do absolutely nothing. Just the worst place I’ve ever worked
