Firstsource Solutions offers poor pay to their customer service employees with no more than a $.25 pay raise in the 5 years that I had been employed there.

Your not allowed to be a person, literally when you join you get issued your number. Sexual conduct happening throughout which helps you progress if you sleep with the right people. 3 senior managers are related... worked there for 5/6 years with no issues in regards to conduct. My partner gets cancer. I ask for time off, get to the end of the day. Becuase they couldnt sort out my holidays which i requested for way in advance i took a sick day to support my family. Becuase of this i had a hearing. Literally no consideration at all. Some manager boast about how they have given targets to cels before to sack people. “ sack between 3 and 5 people a month. 1 being a top performer to set an example to the rest.” ( project purge) I walked out of my job after 6 years of being there at management level to go to the job centre to sign on. This was easily the best decision i’ve ever made.
