Pros

Not much at all other than health plan so free eye tests ( expected when staring at a screen for 8 hours a day) .

Cons

Management and Ops are useless just a bunch of sheeps for their clients

The company and account I'm in is not yet well-established. The management is inefficient, incompetent, unorganized, and not well-trained. Uncompetitive salary-offer and incentives. Salary disputes every cut-off.
