Pros

Working from home was the only pro

Cons

Pressurised sales, to maintain stats you are bullied into making unethical sales, advisors are pressured to sell on every call the team leaders are too target driven and at times very unprofessional and demotivate the team instead of motivating them. The atmosphere has seen teams of 20 drop to 4 mental health issues are a huge problem and although support is there in the company your direct supervisors aletc are not equipped to handle these situations properly and add to stress and poor mental health
