My manager was great... Until they fired her Job is easy, if you can stick being roared at by mean customers

Cons

Mean customers Terrible management No job security, apparently. They fired 1/3 of the staff in my location with very little notice, that's when I knew I had to start looking elsewhere.

wages paid on time, thats about it....

bad training unsupportive/ bad management favouritism poor recuritment changing work rota last minute/over weekend without informing bad pay told false information about the job/benefits/wages to attract you into working there as they are totally desperate for new people

great coworkers and direct management, solid training

Cons

call centers, at least in the US are constantly under threat of closure or loss of contract. Don't make long term plans, unless you are beyond entry level (even then it's dicey). You're probably going to get laid off.
