None, nobody really gets any help, all a front. I am sorry to say the only ones that really benefit are the upper management

Cons

Disrespected, underpaid, overworked, all to benefit allready filthy rich CEOs, nobody gets the money but the higher ups.

The mission - great to have a job that helps people Average pay, good benefits at first but then they started reducing benefits and charging more Loved my employees If you are upper management or office workers this place is a breeze, but if you work the retail or aftermarket areas beware

Cons

Salaried workers are highly overworked (60-70 hours per week) High turnover rate Upper management completely out of touch with mission (becoming too corporate at expense of mission and employees) Very low employee morale Company claims to have 'values' but work environment does not reflect them Really poor pay for lower level jobs vs work expectations Definite favoritism (rules only apply to some) Management not at all interested in making improvements for employees Discrimination and back stabbing

Retail with a purpose

Pros

It was a tremendous gift to be able to coach employees and participants toward success and see many blossom so beautifully. I did feel like I had a lot of autonomy as a manager and was not micro-managed.

Cons

As a retail store manager I often had to go to the store on days off. I felt like I was on call seven days a week. If you are motivated by money you will not be happy.
