Pros

The job is extremely easy

Cons

The managers will yell at you in front of everyone, they will lie, whenever you try to go talk to them they will cut you off, you aren’t allowed to talk to anyone but they will go around and talk to whoever for sometimes up to an hour, one manager will say one thing and someone else will say another and when you bring it up the first one lies, we are constantly running out of stuff we need to work and will literally get written up for not getting however much done, in order for us to meet our little quota we literally have to do several items a minute, there’s only one area that really has a harsh goal and they don’t make it easy for us, they pick favorites and make it clear who it is, if you get caught talking they will yell in your face to shut up, if you express a concern they’ll tell you “oh you can talk to us about anything, why’s this the first I have heard” blah blah blah then proceed to laugh in your face

Pros

- Good co-workers -Fun Regular Customers -Vacation and sick time available to use if you need it -

Cons

-Poor mismanagement of the store as many clothes have been found out of place due to how the sections have been organized. -Terrible communication from management to regular employees as they get feisty when asked legit questions about specific job projects. -Management shows little to no care about the well-being of employees and still expects you to work at the same pace despite having an injury. -Too strict with many things at the job such as what time to go on lunch -Job can be very overwhelming due to there being so many things needing to be done but yet being so short staffed.

Pros

Steady 35+ hours Paid time off Hospitalization and 401 k which both are as expected not great Lenient

Cons

Pay is terrible Management makes u think how did this even happen Lack of understanding, not everyone that has a job there is mentally or physically challenged. The way HR treated you and some Management was as if u weren't even talking to them or listening lime AT ALL I remember one time I had to ask "did you listen to a word I just said to you" becuase I tried to get my point across 3 times and they just barreled on as if I wasn't even present . I will say that there is a new person in HR now the one I spoke of was let go. So the new lady seems more fit for the job and she does listen, is understanding, amd kind. Hopefully that office and the job doesn't eat her up and make her sinicle as it's seems to have done to many others there . Management was not good in my department if they were having and bad day you felt it AS.SOON AS U GOT THERE. U wouldn't have even put your coat up yet and u were greeted with attitude most of the day and snicism that made u feel small and like a child. None of it was merited accept on the days I was late which in there defense became a lot compounded not like they had no responsibility for that they reason was because I didn't want to show up for thar job 89% of the employees felt the same amd when i worked lawn care I just got over worked and no one could care less which again kept me away as much as possible. But they just seem me as comimg in late I explained to them that is was due to depression because of the above problems but they didn't seem to care about fixing any of thier own problems just wanted me to fix mine and let them continue on keeping silent when I would exspress concerns to my manager he would deal with it in a way I have NEVER SEEN. Other have seen it many times non of this stuff is exaggerated or un true. Anyway he would literally just say nothing at all most of the time just stay completely silent maybe give like a half smile or something but just eventually walk away or whatever. So that's one way of dealing with something. Also it was impossible to get anything you needed I left there about a month ago and we still didn't have a hammer, channel locks, or any type of tools we needed and asked for 3 months prior and asked for more than a few times. The ones we have thier now me and another employee brought in. But again they only focused on the problem I was creating not where the root of then was. Which I grantee Is the same now and they wonder y they can't keep an employee around. And I was a STELLAR employee worked past everyone everyday doing the hardest job and dealing with the lamest bs and rarely complained but after 3 years of that with no sign of u getting any help it gets to you. But they for some reason couldn't understand that very very very obvious trait about why I had become drained, depressed, and lacking.
