      working with people that have disabilities and meeting new people everyday.

      Cons

      management needs to grow up and manage a company they way it should instead of getting upset that the numbers are not falling the way they want. You have to spend a little on your stores in order to bring in more business

      Opportuntiy to grow within the company, new ideas are welcome. Being at the company you feel you are part of a family. Management is great and always willing to listen and give great advice.

      Cons

      salaries is not comparative to the amount of work you are asked to do. due to budget cuts you have to take on more responsibilities. in some departments lack the staff to make it run sufficiently, so when someone calls out the site suffers. Also the tuition remibursement was taken away, without notice to staff which is totally unfair!
