At times the job can be fun, easygoing, management makes you feel comfortable, and good training. they tell you what they want, but let you decide how you do it.

Cons

Low pay, takes a long time to move up with in company, process of move up with in company is inefficient and makes it harder to find those diamonds in the ruff.

Pros

(For the most part) my managers are awesome and give a little overtime when they have it for whoever asks. Its the easiest job you will ever have and sometimes a kind of fun when you get to merchandise (think interior designing). Also, great hours!

Cons

Complaining customers, cheap customers, people always hassling you for something. But hey, that's just retail in general.
