Pros

I really enjoyed working with the RSA's and fellow CSS's and CSM's.

Cons

The month long training, while it was thorough, and did certify for CPR and the push forklift, left very minimal training on the sale floor. The safe is in the front of the store, and counting three times daily with crackheads, and crazy people shopping the store is a security risk. Their money management systems are so outdated that it takes large amounts of time to count every bit of change by hand! You are not paid for gas and if you have to commute, you're basically S.O.L. A majority of the locations in Central Arizona you have to share restrooms with transient, drug addict and overall disgusting customers. Often crack pipes and even from time-to-time overdosed customers are discovered in the public restrooms. I really feel for the production team, they are exposed to all sorts of dangers, and health risks with some of the donations. If you are bad with written tests, run. I have an extensive customer service history and because I have a learning disability with taking tests, they showed zero sympathy. I failed the exam, but had full comprehension of the material taught. When I discovered I failed the exam, I addressed the trainers if I needed to seek new employment, they wouldn't give me a definitive answer. Two weeks later, they call me into the management office and fired me. They say that the donations put people to work, but they fire people at the drop of a hat. Ironic. The CEO makes millions, yet they get donations FOR FREE. Something is off about all of that. I'm just saying, something is not right. They wouldn't even offer me an RSA position. So much for putting people to work.
