Pros

Great co-workers; everyone friendly. A lot of unique stories and great employment opportunities for people who can't get a job anywhere else. OK benefits.

Cons

Upper management e.g. directors and CEO. Micro-management when they decide to show up, no communication, horrid bureaucracy, zero training, zero counselling; a non-profit with a noble mission statement which is not reflected in their actions. Low pay. CEO's make six figures with bonuses while majority of employees are paid minimum wage or below. Apart from the great people who bind together due to mutual horridness, this is a terrible company to work for. Improper use of funds is what makes aid and the Goodwill dirty business.

Pros

The hours are great. The earliest you have to be there is 7:45 a.m. and the latest is 10:00p.m. They don't have the Christmas rush with awful hours, but they do have the Halloween rush with normal business hours.

Cons

The pay is on the low side. This company does too much micro managing and writing about every little incident in the computer. This takes a lot of time and takes you off the floor too much. You have to work really hard running the backroom and the front of the store when you are the only manager on duty.
