Only thing that is good from “goodwill” is the benefits when you are FT , but it’s not even worth the job!

Cons

If I could do 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE management, over worked .. they expect you to make “round up” and write you up if you don’t reach the goal. I looked at reviews before I got the job still took the offer and I REGRET IT. I’ve been there for 3 months and is currently looking for a new job. Some ppl say it depends on what store you go to and obviously I picked one of the WORST stores ! If you’re thinking about working there DONT DO IT! You never know what you’re going to get.

-Cool discounts. -Mostly friendly coworkers. -Good stepping stone to better jobs...if you don't have any skills, pick some up here and then RUN. -They do a good job getting at-risk adults and immigrants work.

Cons

-Management team mostly bullies and losers. Play favorites. -You will be treated like a machine, not a person. -Harassment, gossip, backstabbing. -Human Resources a joke. Numerous complaints ignored, "lost", dismissed. No empathy. -Management disconnected from reality of their job. No idea how to run a store. -Employee highlights usually showcase desk workers and brown nosers, not people that actually make the company run. -Sweatshop conditions.

Awful management. I would be openly sexually harassed and they would not do a damn thing and laugh at it.
