Not really a "Non for Profit" Company. All about numbers. Treat all employees poorly. Such a shame

Great job, but it can get overwhelming with unrealistic expectations from higher ups.

Awesome co workers, 3 breaks and it's a good job for people in school or people that barely have any bills.

Cons

The hours you get drop when there isn't enough sales. As a full timers I was told I would get 40 hrs and I was barely getting 30 every week. Some expectations are unrealistic - like getting the entire stored recovered but there is only 3 people closing & customers are in after 8:00.
