The participants and co workers. I loved my job and it was a great source of pride. Actually providing assistance and my coworkers coming together for particularity difficult clients is amazing.

Cons

Everything else that wasn't my job. Management mistrust of everyone. Mistreatment of staff. Dismissal of needs. Anger when questioned. Retaliation. Willingness to let participants suffer in order to push GW programs. No flexibility. At all. None. My child was in the hospital, but had to use PTO for my maternity leave so came back to zero PTO. So they really did not let me miss work. I had 4 people on my caseload and would never let them suffer. It was a power play. I was there for 14 years. So stressful and soul crushing. Not the work, but the management. Good people left and Good people ignored. New people promoted.

Constant turnover in management and in the middle of the organization. President is overbearing and constantly tries to run every part of the restaurant. He and his wife think they know hospitality but don't. We close our restaurants at a moments notice and wonder why our patrons don't come back.
