Easy job to get.

Cons

Always understaffed. No ability to earn a raise. Wages are the same for everyone no matter how good you perform or how long you work there. That's for base jobs. I'm not sure about management. Doing the work of two people at pay of one person.

Cons

Sometimes they schedule you for an eight our shift two days in a row, which is hard if you're only working p.t. with a disability.
