Pros

I love working with the people.

Cons

Supervisor and manager sit in the back talking all day while they work us like slaves. Keep in mind most of us have some type of disability. They also laugh and talk about the employees .

Pros

The work is easy and pay is reasonable for the position. Tasks included cleaning up the sales floor, shelving new donations that were ready to sell, and working the cash register.

Cons

One sales associate working all day, management doesn't do anything and treats you poorly when you ask for help, always ran into problems causing us to stay way later than scheduled. Overall it was just a bad work environment.

Pros

The work is pretty easy and there’s always something to do. The full time benefits are pretty good. Management is nice and understanding.

Cons

Always understaffed, which makes the atmosphere hectic and stressful. The customers destroy the store and can be difficult to help.
