It's very laid back and usually the customers are pretty friendly. If you want or need to you can always get overtime as well.

Cons

Corporate management is crap! Pay is crap! Corporate views you as disposable and just a second rate piece of trash.

A very friendly environment, everyone is respectful. Structured hours and understanding managers when it comes to scheduling. Great benefits for full-time employees.

Cons

Pay rate could be better, there should be more opportunities to shop at our own Goodwill.
