high demanding job with incredible low pay

Pros

they provide insufficiet training though still better than nothing

Cons

demanding, back to back calls, embarrassing low pay (my nearby grocery workers get almost same pay), no benefit no rewarding, no room to advance

Insurance, 401k, great coworkers, steady job

Cons

Poor leadership that treats everyone like a number causing high turnover. Will always ask more of the employee’s than they are willing to pay for.

Incredible Mental stress

Pros

Responsive instructors provide tutoring on time.

Cons

Endless calls… like literally. They would never schedule enough staff. There’s no mental break at all. I used to love interpretation before working for lls. They are the reason I changed career.
