Biased.. dont follow their own policies...have to be a bootlicker to grow nowadays was bever like that before...Human resource sucks big time

Worked with Firstsource for 10 years with Healthcare Vertical Had the opportunity to learn and grow within the company from Customer Service Associate to Manager Every day I had new learning, never felt bored or idle during my tenure Neatly organised hierarchy and policies

Cons

Low Salary is the main constraint with Firstsource. It was one of the reasons for me to move out. Even in the year 2017, providing start-up salary of 6,000 INR is extremely low
